Terms of Use
Effective date: 29 August 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to the Nuvora Draft website, documentation and project materials. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to review transaction details independently.
1. Project status
Nuvora Draft is described as a proposed Robinhood Chain payment-draft protocol. Website previews, examples, fee figures, token distribution concepts and roadmap items are not promises that a feature, token, integration or release will occur.
2. No bank-draft equivalence
The phrase “payment draft” describes the product concept. Nuvora Draft does not claim that an onchain Draft is legally equivalent to a bank-issued draft, cashier's cheque, regulated escrow account or other regulated financial instrument in any jurisdiction.
3. User responsibility
You are responsible for checking wallet addresses, token contracts, amounts, expiry conditions, cancellation rules, websites and wallet prompts before signing or sending a transaction. Blockchain transactions can be irreversible.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use the website or any future Nuvora software to violate law, impersonate others, deceive counterparties, distribute malware, interfere with service operation or attempt unauthorized access to systems or funds.
5. Third-party services
Robinhood Chain, compatible wallets, token issuers, Uniswap, X and other third-party services are independent from Nuvora Draft. Their availability, security, pricing and terms are outside this website's control. Nuvora Draft is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or Robinhood Chain.
6. Intellectual property
The Nuvora Draft name, logo, visual identity, website design and original project materials are associated with the Nuvora Draft project. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
7. No warranty
The website and project materials are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that information, software, external services or future protocol code will always be accurate, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
8. Limitation and local law
Legal rights and limitations vary by jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Before a public protocol launch, project-specific legal terms should be reviewed for the jurisdictions in which services are offered.
9. Changes
These Terms may change as the project develops. Continued use after an updated version is posted means the updated version applies from its effective date, subject to applicable law.
